Since the beginning of the day, there have been 159 combat clashes between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Russian troops.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published up-to-date information on Facebook as of 22:00 on Tuesday, July 30.
“Since the beginning of this day, there have been 159 combat clashes. Today, the occupiers carried out 50 air strikes, using 77 guided bombs. In addition, the Russians used 1,292 loitering munitions and carried out 4,162 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas,” the report said.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian defenders repelled 25 Russian attacks, with four more combat engagements ongoing. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out seven air strikes, dropping a total of 17 guided aerial bombs and firing 310 artillery shells, including ten from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, our troops stopped ten enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, and Kamianka.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy carried out five offensive actions against the positions of our defenders in the areas of the settlements of Kindrashivka, Zahryzove, and toward Kupiansk.
In the Lyman sector, Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions 18 times during the day near the settlements of Karpivka, Novyi Myr, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, and toward the settlements of Dronivka, Shandryholove, Olhivka, and Yampil.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight enemy attacks near Serebrianka, Vyimka, and Fedorivka.
Six clashes have been recorded in the Kramatorsk sector. The invaders attempted to advance in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Minkivka, Novomarkove, and toward Bondarne. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Toretsk sector, the Russians attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 13 times. The occupiers concentrated their main offensive efforts in the areas of the settlements of Toretsk, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, toward Bila Hora and Pleshchiivka. Our soldiers stopped 12 enemy offensive actions, and another combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the invading units tried 49 times to break through Ukrainian defense in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Fedorivka, Novoeekonomichne, Promin, Lysivka, Zvirivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, and Horikhove, and toward the settlements of Boikivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoukrainka, and Dachne.
Today, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 83 occupiers in this direction, 59 of them are dead. One motorcycle and eight unmanned aerial vehicles of the occupiers were also destroyed.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy launched 22 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Perebudova, Piddubne, Maliivka, Fedorivka, Shevchenko, and Novopil. Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled all enemy attacks.
In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian troops repelled one enemy attack near the settlement of Malynivka. The enemy launched an air strike on the settlement of Bilohiria.
The aggressor attacked once in the Orikhiv sector; the occupiers tried to advance in the area of the settlement of Plavni.
In the Prydniprovske sector, the enemy carried out three unsuccessful attacks.
In other sectors, the situation has not changed significantly.
Ukrinform reported that Ukrainian defenders eliminated Russian troops who were trying to raise a flag in Maliivka, Dnipropetrovsk Region. The village is under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
