A two-year-old boy has died following a road accident in the city of Dubno, Rivne region.
According to Ukrinform, the tragic incident was reported by the regional police on Telegram.
Police said the crash involved a Renault Scenic driven by a 68-year-old resident of Rivne and a Ford Fiesta operated by a 32-year-old man from Zdolbuniv.

“As a result of the collision, the driver of the Ford Fiesta, two passengers from the minivan, and three passengers from the car were hospitalized. Despite resuscitation efforts, the two-year-old son of the Ford driver died from his injuries at the hospital,” the statement said.
An investigation has been launched, and law enforcement officers are working to establish the circumstances of the accident. Both drivers were tested for alcohol and drug intoxication.
As reported earlier, in Rokytne, Kyiv region, a drunk driver hit two girls aged 12 and 13. The children were hospitalized.
