Civilian killed in his home during Russian shelling of Beryslav

A 46-year-old man was killed in his own home on July 27 as a result of Russia’s artillery strike on the city of Beryslav in the Kherson region.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, confirmed the death in a Telegram post, according to Ukrinform.

“Another resident of the Kherson region has died as a result of Russian shelling,” the statement said.

Russian forces targeted Beryslav with artillery, and the man sustained fatal injuries while inside his home.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops also shelled the town of Antonivka on August 4, resulting in another civilian death.
