Ryazan oil refinery, operated by the Rosneft oil company, has halted around half its refining capacity since August 2 following a Ukrainian drone attack last week.

That is according to three industry sources, Ukrinform reports, citing Reuters.

According to the sources, two primary oil refining units were stopped following the drone attacks – CDU-3 with a capacity of 8,600 tonnes per day, and CDU-4 with a capacity of 11,400 tonnes per day.

At the moment, the Ryazan refinery is operating with the primary oil refining unit CDU-6, which has capacity of 23,200 tonnes per day – around 48% of total capacity.
