
On the Dobropillia axis, Russian forces have suffered 1,116 irretrievable losses since the start of stabilization operations on August 4, including 206 soldiers killed in the past three days alone.
That is according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports.
Ukrainian forces continue stabilization measures in the area, with joint actions carried out by Ukrainian Armed Forces units and formations of the 1st Azov Corps of the National Guard.
According to the General Staff, over the past three days, Russian losses include 206 killed (1,116 since August 4), 73 wounded (412 total), and 1 captured (38 total).
Additionally, Russian forces lost significant amounts of equipment and weaponry in this period, including 3 tanks destroyed or damaged (12 total), 3 armored fighting vehicles (9 total), 24 vehicles and motorcycles (124 total), 12 artillery pieces (30 total), and 35 UAVs of various types (126 total).
During the operation, Ukrainian forces also liberated several settlements in the Donetsk region, including Hruzke, Rubizhne, Novovodiane, Petrivka, Vesele, and Zolotyi Kolodiaz.
Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that Russian troops were intensifying offensive operations in the northern part of the Donetsk region, particularly near the Lyman sector.
