Russians shell Sumy region more than 90 times, injuring a man

In the Sumy region, from the morning of August 23 to the morning of August 24, Russian troops shelled 36 settlements in 14 territorial communities of the region  more than 90 times; a man was wounded.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported in Telegram by the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

It is noted that the most shelling was recorded in Sumy and Shostka districts.

The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs: more than 40 KAB strikes. Russians also carried out strikes with FPV drones, MLRS, and UAVs, dropping explosives from UAVs on the territory of the Sumy region.

A private residential building and non-residential buildings were damaged in the Sumy community. An administrative building, a church, and two private residential buildings were damaged in the Novoslobidske community. Private residential buildings were damaged in Seredyna-Buda. Two high-rise and four private residential buildings, farm buildings, and civil infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Vorozhba community; a car was destroyed in the Bilopillia community; an administrative building was damaged in the Sad community, and a non-residential building was destroyed.
