Russian troops shell five settlements in Kharkiv region, damaging infrastructure

Yesterday, Russian troops shelled five settlements in the Kharkiv region; there were no casualties.

This was announced in Telegram by the Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Ukrinform reports.

According to Syniehubov, the enemy used two KABs, six UAVs of the Geran-2 type, and one FPV drone in the Kharkiv region.

As a result of shelling in the Kharkiv district, a private house, a car, and two farm buildings were damaged (Slatyne village), a warehouse, two tractors (Korotych village), a private house in the Kupiansk district (Prykolotne village), three emergency vehicles (Kupiansk town), a hangar, farm premises in the Izium district (Vyshneva village), private house (Borova village).

Syniehubov also informed that two elderly women who were injured in the village asked for medical help in Kivsharivka village of the Kupian community on August 22.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian shelling caused power outages in seven villages in the Kharkiv region.
