Ukraine cannot legally recognize any occupied territory as Russian, and is ready to work toward regaining control of Crimea through diplomatic tools. President Volodymyr Zelensky met with the World Bank's Managing Director for Operations Activities Anna Bjerde, with whom he discussed Ukraine's financial stability and support programs. French intellectuals and military experts call on President Emmanuel Macron to initiate a European coalition of military instructors to operate in Ukraine.
