Russia responds to only 5-7% of inquiries regarding missing Ukrainian servicemen – Ombudsman
The Russian side returned only 5-7% of Ukrainian requests for information regarding Ukrainian servicemen who had gone missing in action. That’s according to Dmytro Lubinets, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
