At least five enemy missiles fired at Ukraine from air space of Belarus

In the evening of August 28, 2022, Russian aircrafts entered the air space of the Republic of Belarus from Russia and fired at least five missile strikes at the territory of Ukraine.

The relevant statement was made by the Belaruski Hajun monitoring team on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

At 07:14 p.m., at least five Russian aircrafts, including Tu-22M bombers, came from Russia via Mstsislaw, Mogilev Region. Then, the Russian aviation flew via Rahachow to Akciabrski District, Gomel Region.

The first missile was launched at 07:29 p.m. over Akciabrski District in the south-western direction.

After that missiles were fired every three minutes between 07:32 p.m. and 07:38 p.m. The missile launch sounds were heard over Turov and Mazyr. In general, at least five enemy missiles were fired between 07:29 p.m. and 07:39 p.m.

In addition, five explosions or missile launch sounds were heard over Mikashevichy, Luninets and Stolin between 07:38 p.m. and 07:40 p.m. About five Russian aircrafts returned to Russia via Mstsislaw between 07:44 p.m. and 07:53 p.m.
