The National Police’s “War Criminal” database already includes more than 200,000 Russians who have committed crimes in Ukraine.

“In total, this database already includes more than 200,000 Russians who have crossed the borders of Ukraine with weapons and committed crimes here. In my opinion, this is a very good base for SSU investigators and other bodies investigating war crimes,” emphasized Nebytov.

According to him, the police of Kyiv region have entered data on more than 5,600 people into the relevant subsystem. At the same time, Nebytov clarified that the police of Kyiv region have now identified 21 servicemen of the Russian Federation army who are already being prosecuted.
