Russia is trying to overwhelm the Ukrainian army with a large number of mobilized and outdated equipment.

During a press conference, Bauer was asked to comment on the future development of the war in Ukraine.
“We will see that the Russians will focus on quantity, more mobilized, poorly trained with outdated equipment, but in large numbers,” the admiral said. And the Ukrainians, he said, “will focus on quality with Western weapons systems and Western training. This will be a big change in the coming months, I would say.”
“Russia’s war against Ukraine is the biggest threat to Euro-Atlantic security in decades,” Bauer said. – “What Moscow hoped would be a three-day war is now in its 15th month. “The strength and commitment of the Ukrainian military and the Ukrainian people continue to amaze us. Today we had a separate session on the military situation in and around Ukraine.
