Air strikes on Kharkiv: Russians drop two FAB-500s, injuring four people

The Russian army struck Kharkiv with two FAB-500 bombs, damaging enterprises’ buildings and injuring four people, including two children.

According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on July 2, at around 16:00, the Russian forces launched air strikes on an industrial zone in the Nemyshlianskyi and Industrialnyi districts of Kharkiv. The buildings of enterprises were damaged.

Four people were injured. A 51-year-old woman, an employee of one of the enterprises that was hit by the enemy, suffered light injuries and an acute stress reaction.

A 26-year-old woman sustained injuries to her fingers from glass.

A 12-year-old girl and her 15-year-old brother were also among the injured: they sustained concussions.

According to preliminary information, the enemy attacked the city with two FAB-500s equipped with UPCM from Russia’s Belgorod region.

As reported by Ukrinform, the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that Russian troops had launched 29 guided aerial bombs at the Kharkiv region over the past day.
