FAKE: German Neo-nazis are fighting for Ukraine

This fake is an element of a duplicitous narrative peddled by Kremlin, by which it tries to justify the invasion into Ukraine, showing Ukraine as being overrun by non-existent nazis.
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Condemnation of Communist and National Socialist (Nazi) Totalitarian Regimes in Ukraine and Prohibition of Propaganda of Their Symbols” in 2015. Accordingly, the law prohibits not only the establishment / operation of political parties that promote or profess National Socialism, but also public organizations, legal entities, and any associations of citizens.
The idea of Ukraine being dominated by nationalist movements can be easily disproved: you just need to look at the results of Ukrainian 2019 parliamentary election. The only nationalistic party that managed to get into parliament was “Svoboda”, which gained a one of 450 seats in the Ukrainian parliament.
We couldn’t find the official statement from the Federal Foreign Office of Germany or any similar statements in other sources that Maria Zakharova mention (source). There were no such statements on the official web-site of the Federal Foreign Office, either.
To wrap things up: the statements of “right-wing extremists” about their desire to take part in the Russian-Ukrainian war in order to “fight the Russian neo-Bolsheviks” cannot be considered proof of their presence in Ukraine.
FAKE: Nationalists force locals to refuse russian humanitarian aid.

Russian fakes about their humanitarian efforts are picking up in intensity. However, not everything is so simple.
The main goal of the supposed “humanitarian aid” from Russia is to create a pretty picture for the domestic audience, in which heroic Russian liberators feed grateful Ukrainians. One of the places for such a propaganda stunt was to be the city Kherson, where Russian soldiers attempted to hand out food rations to the locals while filmed by several TV crews. After the initial failure of their “humanitarian campaign”, Russians started to stage the food deliveries, using hired actors from previously occupied regions like Crimea to create images of grateful crowds flocking towards Russian food.
Besides, Russian Army block Ukrainian Humanitarian Aid from reaching besieged cities such as Mariupol, Hostomel, Irpin and Sumy, creating a humanitarian catastrophe, all for the locals to finally accept Russian aid in front of Russian cameras.

Once again, Russian propaganda warps the statements made by Ukrainian soldiers. Only this time they actually included the original statement in their fake, instantly disproving their false narrative.
Andrii Biletskyi, the founder and first commander of “Azov” regiment, which is currently defending the city of Mariupol, tweeted about an attempt by Russian Forces to break into the city using the previously established evacuation route. This attack made the safe evacuation of the city that is being starved by Russians for the last 10 days impossible.
Russian propagandists interpreted this tweet as a threat of execution of anyone daring to leave the city, with an intention to use civilians as human shields. Which is obviously false, since nothing of that sort was said or even implied in the original tweet.

This fake, once again, is a part of the greater Russian “humanitarian” narrative and used for the Russian domestic audience as a justification for the invasion of Ukraine.
Russians propose clearly unacceptable evacuation routes, most of which ends in the Russian territory, and its Armed Forces hinder evacuation efforts on routes that are actually approved by Ukraine. This was stated multiple times by Ukrainian authorities.
Just today, the third evacuation attempt from Mariupol was blocked by Russian forces. Russian artillery strikes also significantly hindered the evacuation from Sumy.
First, creating a situation in which the local population cannot leave their homes where they are threatened by russian bombs and shells, Russian propaganda then attempts to shift the blame onto the mythical Ukrainian nazis.
