Russia doesn’t protect Russian speakers, while imposing its narratives militarily, violating international law. Rolls-Royce donated two high-power generators to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. "One such generator is able to power not just one building but all the premises, if it is a large regional hospital," the Ministry of Health posted on Facebook. According to updated data from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, at least 4.8 million refugees from Ukraine have been registered in Europe.
