President Zelensky presents state awards to 215 servicemen
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has presented state awards to 215 servicemen, 30 of them posthumously. The relevant decree was published by the Office of the President of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports. In particular, the Ukrainian servicemen were rewarded “for personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath”. The order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky (grade I) was given to lieutenant colonel Yurii Savchyn (posthumously).
