Ukraine’s top prosecutor, ex-ICC judge discuss investigation of war crimes
Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin and a former judge of the International Criminal Court, Sir Howard Morrison, have discussed possible areas of continuing cooperation and expert assistance in the process of investigating war crimes.
