Two Russian servicemen, Aleksandr Bobykin and Aleksandr Ivanov, who had opened fire from Grad multiple rocket launchers on Kharkiv region, were sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison. A 12-year-old child and a woman were killed in the Russian shelling of Kharkiv region in the morning. Russian invaders control part of the city of Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region, but they cannot move freely there. Russian invaders launched a rocket attack on the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region at night, killing at least three people and injuring six others.
